Terms and returns

**Ordering and payment**
Placing an order on this site creates an order record and sends you an order
number and the amount due. Your order is not confirmed until payment arrives.
Payment is by PayPal, sent to the address shown at checkout and in your
confirmation email. Please include your order number in the PayPal note so we
can match the payment to your order.
Orders that go unpaid for 14 days are cancelled. No charge is made and nothing
is owed — the order simply lapses.
**Prices and availability**
Prices are in US dollars. We make these candles by hand in limited batches, and
stock is finite. If something sells out after you order but before you pay,
we'll email you and refund anything already sent.
**Shipping**
Orders ship the next business day after payment is received, by USPS Priority
Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Bulk orders are double boxed.
Shipping is $6 per order on boxed candles. Bulk packs ship at $10 for the 100,
$15 for the 250, and $22.50 for the 500.
International orders ship via USPS Priority International. Any customs duties
or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
**Returns**
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14
days at sales@beeswaxearcandles.com and we'll replace it or refund it.
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the
purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer's cost, and shipping charges
aren't refunded. Opened boxes can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.
**Safe use**
Ear candles are not a medical device and are not a substitute for professional
medical treatment. They are sold as a simple home remedy for entertainment
purposes, with no guaranteed results.
There is an open flame involved. Read the procedure page before use, never
leave a burning candle unattended, and never let children perform the candling
process. By buying from this site you accept that you use these candles at your
own risk, and Beeswaxearcandles.com accepts no liability for injury, damage or
misuse.
**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
