**What we collect**

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, postal address
and, if you give it, your phone number. That's it.

We do not take card numbers on this website. Payment is made separately
through PayPal, and PayPal handles that information under their own privacy
policy. We never see your card details.

If you email us or use the contact form, we keep that message and your email
address so we can reply.

**What we use it for**

Your address is used to ship your order. Your email is used to send your order
number, payment instructions and any questions about your order. We do not
send marketing email and we do not have a mailing list.

**Who we share it with**

Nobody, except where it's needed to fulfil your order — USPS gets your
shipping address, and PayPal processes your payment. We do not sell, rent or
trade your information to anyone, for any purpose.

**How long we keep it**

Order records are kept for [NUMBER] years for accounting and tax purposes,
then deleted.

**Cookies**

This site sets one cookie, to remember what's in your shopping cart while you
browse. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising
cookies or third-party trackers.

**Your choices**

Email us at sales@beeswaxearcandles.com and we'll tell you what we hold about
you, correct it, or delete it. If you're in California you have the right to
know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; the
same email address is how you exercise that.
